Pre-Construction Planning
After the home design and costing has gained approval, Shell group will then begin conducting the preliminary works, such as initial plan drawing, engineering, soil testing, and site cost analysis and assessment.
Meanwhile, an additional meeting is held with you to finalise colours, inclusions, and any additional items or requests that have not been previously discussed. We will then provide you with the final quote, including the additional items and site costs. The next step entails drawing up the contracts, specifications, and final plans, and once all agreements are signed, we can obtain the building permits and officially begin construction.
