Now, after the pre-build planning is complete, it’s time to roll up our sleeves and get to work. Each project is assigned a dedicated project supervisor to serve as the main point person throughout the duration of the construction phase. You will have direct contact with the supervisor immediately upon kick-off, and as construction progresses, he will provide timely updates and will perform inspections at various stages to ensure consistent quality control.
Prior to completion, you will join your project supervisor for a final inspection of your new home, where you can provide honest feedback, ask questions, or let us know if anything does not meet your expectations. After all the finer details are in order and approval has been received, we will then hand over the keys to your new home.
